The Program: Brings together 60 young people from across Victoria for five days of workshops, outdoor activities and discussions in an intensive program of self-reflection and personal development designed to transform amazing young people into exceptional leaders.

THE PROGRAM
So what do we do? Take a look...
UNO-Y's week long program is packed full of outcomes-based sessions encouraging experiential learning through discussion, demonstration and interactive activities. Facilitated by an experienced taskforce of volunteers, the program is designed to encourage expression of self, ideas and opinions, as well as asking participants to challenge themselves and those around them in a safe and encouraging space.
Each day's sessions centre around themes of self-exploration and awareness; leadership and teamwork skills; application of skills in community settings; and connection to the organisation and others.
The program utilises the beautiful outdoor setting of Lake Dewar Lodge, with opportunities to explore the property, go canoeing, stargaze around a campfire, or smoosh paint in the faces of friends during our 'WRECK-reation' extravaganzas.
