This project manager role will manage the project which delivers groundbreaking improvements to YMCA Victoria's workforce planning analysis, systems, capability, and efficiency. This will include amongst other things, implementation of Riteq's demand management tool, review of staff mix and capabilities, planned and unplanned leave management, implementation of changes to conditions of employment, workforce planning business model, KPIs, monitoring systems and training.
